Tucson Home Inspections Tucson Home Inspector - Joe Cooper
The home inspection industry was started approximately 30 years ago, because so many homes were sold without the buyer knowing anything about their purchase. Buying a Tucson home may be the most expensive investment you will have in your lifetime.
A group was formed to structure the home inspection industry. This allowed the home to be inspected by qualified professionals to find the condition of the major elements of the house, i.e., roofing, structural elements, grounds, heating, cooling, electrical, plumbing, and appliances. Now a buyer has a better understanding of the condition of the dwelling he/she is interested in buying. From this information, the buyer can back out of the purchase, ask the seller to make specific repairs, or have the cost of the dwelling reduced for a true value of the house.
Pueblo Home Inspections Inspector, Joe Cooper is a proud member of The American Society of Home Inspectors, ASHI, and is constantly attending educational seminars to better understand important elements of home construction and the structural and mechanical items to be inspected.
