Tucson Home Inspections Tucson Home Inspector

Frequently Asked Questions. . .

Should the seller stay for the inspection?

No. Home inspections can be somewhat tense for the seller. After all, this is their home, and sometimes they get offended when a stranger tells them there are defects in their home. Pueblo Home Inspections will leave a copy of the summary section of the report for the seller and their agent.

How long is the home inspection?

The length of time to do a quality home inspection can run from two to four hours, depending on the size of the house. The best measurement is the ol' saying, It's over when it's over!  Rushing the process could cause the inspector to miss some important details of the house.

Should the buyer follow the inspector during the inspection?

Yes. This inspection is for the buyer. Therefore, more knowledge can be gained when the buyer is right there alongside the inspector.
