Contact your Inspector:
Why should I have a home inspection?

A home inspection is a good way to get a better understanding of the general condition and functionality of your home and its integrated systems. If you are purchasing or selling a home, you may be required to contract a home inspection as part of the transaction.  Perhaps you have recently purchased a home and the warranty is nearing expiration. This would be a wonderful time to have an inspector evaluate if anything needs to be addressed prior.

A home is potentially the largest investment a person might make in their lifetime.  We are your front lines in protecting that investment.
